1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 6zzz platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

If you are accessing 6zzz on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. 6zzz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 6zzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 6zzz employee.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

6zzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 6zzz. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 6zzz account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person. 6zzz will never contact you to ask for your password.

• You must notify 6zzz immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and payment method, up to date.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or closure at 6zzz's discretion.
• 6zzz reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 6zzz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods. You must use a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.

Deposits are credited to your 6zzz account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 6zzz payments team. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• You must have completed any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our team.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 6zzz reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 6zzz are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed before you confirm your wager.
• 6zzz reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, or a system malfunction.
• In the event of a disputed result, 6zzz's decision is final after review by our games integrity team.
• Bets placed using bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus.

For sports betting markets, including American Football, results are determined by the official result at the end of the scheduled event. Any subsequent changes to official results after settlement will not be taken into account unless 6zzz determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6zzz offers bonuses, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions that apply across all 6zzz promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus balance or unmet wagering requirement after the expiry date will be removed from your account.
• 6zzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting loopholes — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

Loyalty Program rewards, including points earned through the 6zzz VIP tier system, are governed by the Loyalty Program terms available on the Loyalty Program page.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6zzz is committed to providing a fair and secure betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6zzz platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the 6zzz platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 6zzz staff members.

6zzz monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If we detect or reasonably suspect any of the above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6zzz platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 6zzz or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 6zzz platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 6zzz intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

6zzz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• 6zzz is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding that incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy & Data

6zzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on 6zzz, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Key points include:

• We collect registration data, transaction records, and gameplay data to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
